Job Responsibilities Summary
The incumbent will be creating, executing and implementing multichannel
marketing plans, messages and plans across multiple retail and direct response
channels. Evaluates internal/external feedback, customer research, market
trends/conditions, and competitor data and creates marketing plans. Oversees and
coordinates all Corporate Marketing and Consumerism activities with current
products, new product launches and other key events within the department.
Evaluating customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements
marketing plan changes as needed. Development, communication and execution of
Marketing Calendars. Collaborate with internal business units, Product
Development, Communications and Advertising to develop successful marketing
campaigns.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors of Arts or Bachelors of Science
Six (6) years experience developing and executing marketing plans for new
product introductions for both B2C and B2B customer types
Three (3) years marketing or multi -channel management, with experience in
market analysis, developing marketing strategies, programs and advertisement,
strategic development and tactical implementation of marketing plans
Three (3) years experience with Product Launch and Lifecycle marketing plans,
tactics, return on investment metrics (ROI).
Three (3) years experience with direct response advertising, collateral
production, request fulfillment processes, and reporting enabling he/she to work
collaboratively on marketing plans.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA. Strong analytical abilities. Excellent writing and presentation skills are
essential. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Able to build collaboration and develop consensus among divergent and competing
interests. Experience in Sales, Advertising, Marketing Communications and
Research budgets.
