Leadership is Critical!
Leadership is necessary to succeed. We seek the best, brightest, and talented professionals for our leadership teams and committees. We also want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to hone their leadership skills, discover new skills and knowledge which could be used to lead. We have a mentor and coaching program designed for our leadership team. In addition, each team member takes on a leadership role which makes a difference in the Chapter's success.
