Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Program
A mentoring program, which provides resources to high school students who have leadership potential, but need exposure and motivation in order to make good choices about college, their careers, and their futures.  Our LOT students meet the third Saturday of each month at the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business.  In addition, each year, we send a team of LOT students to the national case competition (June) and the NBMBAA Conference and Exposition (September/October).

Scholarship Program
Awards scholarships annually to high school seniors, undergraduates and graduate students.  Recipients are selected based on one or more of the following: written responses to an essay topic, level of community involvement and extra-curricular activity, grade point average and interview score.  Awardees are honored at the Annual Scholarship and Recognition Gala.
