SCHOLARSHIP SUPPLEMENT FORM

 

Requirements for Award:  

  1. The NBMBAA, Pittsburgh Chapter requires applicants to be African American (black) students enrolled at IUP and meet the registration requirements for applicable program.
  2. Students must complete undergraduate or graduate (Masters degree) NBMBAA, Pittsburgh Chapter scholarship application included in link below.  If you already completed the application for another scholarship, you do not have to complete it again, one application will be used for multiple scholarships. http://www.nbmbaapgh.org/Scholarship%20Program.htm

  4. Students must complete information below to be considered for applicable IUP scholarship or award.
  5. Awardees are required to attend the Scholarship and Recognition Gala which will be held on October 22, 2011. Membership will be provided for graduate students if selected as scholarship recipient.
