As
a senior vice president for Highmark Inc., Evan Frazier oversees Community
Affairs for Pennsylvania’s largest healthcare insurance provider with
subsidiary companies that operate across the United States.
Mr. Frazier oversees activities that include Highmark’s corporate
giving, sponsorships, event marketing, volunteerism, select community health
initiatives, and the Highmark Foundation. Prior
to joining Highmark Inc., for six years Evan Frazier served as president and CEO
of the Hill House Association, one of Southwestern Pennsylvania’s most
important and comprehensive community service agencies.
Mr. Frazier had successfully led the agency through a strategic planning
process and a $10 million capital campaign milestone.
In 2005, Frazier launched a new economic force in the Hill district, The
Hill House Economic Development Corporation, where he was responsible for
implementing several key neighborhood revitalization development projects in the
Hill District community.
Evan
Frazier received his Master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz
College and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s
School of Hotel Administration. He
also completed a number of executive management certificates including Harvard
Business School’s Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management, Program on
Negotiation at Harvard Law School, and Boston College’s Corporate Community
Relations certificate. An active
member of the community, Mr. Frazier has served on more than 20 boards since
graduating from college including his current service as a trustee of Carnegie
Mellon University and Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh.
He also serves on the boards of the Carnegie Science Center, Hill House
Economic Development Corporation and Phipps Conservatory.
In 2008 he was appointed by Governor Rendell as a Commissioner for the
Pennsylvania Public Television Network. Also
in 2008, he launched his first book entitled “Most
Likely To Succeed: The Frazier Formula for Success,” which introduces his personal framework to inspire and motivate
youth and adults to achieve.
Marsha Ellis Jones is the senior vice president and chief diversity
officer of PNC Financial Services Group. In this role, Jones leads the
development and implementation of strategies and programs that help further and
build sustain a talented, diverse work force and a culture of inclusion.
Jones
joined PNC after a distinguished career of more than 25 years at Merrill Lynch.
The sales management executive positions that she has held have each marked a
milestone for African American women in the financial services industry.
Jones is
the recipient of the Harlem YMCA Black Achievers in Industry Award, the
Professional Excellence in Financial Services Away from the New Jersey Fund for
Women, the Trailblazer for Women Award from the Dress for Success Foundation,
the Against the Odds Award from the Long Island Fund for Women and Girls, and
most recently the Women of Humility Award by Point Park University. Jones has
been named one of the 25 Influential Black Women in Business by the Network
Journal.
Jones
holds a Bachelor of Arts from Lehman College and a Master of Arts from Columbia
University.

R. Rollock
Sydney
R. Rollock is an accomplished general management and marketing executive with a
proven track record of developing, leading and building brand portfolios in the
Consumer Healthcare OTC and Consumer Packaged Goods categories respectively. Sydney is often described as a transformational leader based
on clearly stated objectives, focused communication strategies, and empowering
organizing principles. His
management style is highly collaborative and solution focused. Syd is the Chief Marketing Officer for Brightside
Academy Inc. and responsible for delivering sustainable growth strategies,
developing new markets and business development.
He joined Brightside Academy in January 2010 after five plus years with
GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare North America.
Prior to
GSKCHNA Syd spent five years with Campbell Soup Company as Director of Ready
Serve Soup Portfolio including launching the award winning CHUNKY Soup NFL
Integrated Marketing and New Product Development Campaigns which are still
running today. He started his
marketing career with General Mills Company in Minneapolis, MN upon completing
his Master Degree from the University Michigan, Ann Arbor MI in 1992.
Prior to Business School Syd work in the Financial Services Industry for
Shearson Lehman Brothers and Arthur Young.
Syd earned his Bachelor Science in Accounting from Syracuse University in
1985.
