Tamara Murphy is a Territory Business Manager for Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. where she represents their Cardiovascular and Metabolic Division. She is responsible for generating new business as well as maintaining existing business within her accounts.

Currently serving as the Vice President of Administration, she previously served as Leaders of Tomorrow Chair, Vice President of Operations and Community Relations Chair for the Pittsburgh Chapter of the National Black MBA Association. She also serves on the board of trustees for Union Baptist Church in Swissvale, PA. In addition, she was recently elected as Treasurer for Reach Up, Inc., which is a faith-based, non-profit organization with a mission to empower families, youth and communities in pursuit of a better quality of life. Tamara spends a great amount of time helping others throughout her community with great dedication and passion expressed through her actions with students and other single-parents.

Tamara is a life-time member of the National Black MBA Association. She earned her Masters of Business Administration from Duquesne University in 2005. Prior, she completed her undergraduate degree in Business Management and Marketing at Pennsylvania State University.

Tamara resides in Pittsburgh and she is the proud parent to her daughter Amirah.
