Francine B. Cameron is President & CEO of Cameron Professional Services Group, LLC. Cameron Professional Services Group (CPSG) provides credit analysis, plan & cost review, operational review, project management and fiscal management to organizations undertaking community development projects. Additionally, CPSG provides accounting and financial advisory services to businesses and non-profit organizations.

Francine Cameron has over 24 years of experience in financial services, economic development, housing development and professional training. Her career includes positions as an Auditor for Deloitte & Touche LLP; as an Investment Research Analyst and Corporate Banking Representative with PNC Financial Corporation; Manager of Home Mortgage and Rehabilitation at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh; Senior Deputy Director of Fannie Mae, and Manager of Financial Services with the Prudential Insurance Company of America. She has analyzed the financial condition of corporate clients with revenues ranging from $5 million to $10 billion.

Mrs. Cameron’s experience is both broad and deep:

• Underwriting loan syndication, private placements, mergers and acquisitions; structured finance and asset securitization transactions
  
  
• Preparing financial statements, operational forecasts, and business plans
  
  
• Auditing financial statements of technology, health care, manufacturing, banking, and nonprofit organizations
  
  
• Organizing community development initiatives and facilitating relationships among various and diverse economic and housing partners
  
  
• Conducting financial literacy classes for faith-based and non-profit organizations
  
  
• Managing and promoting home mortgage and rehabilitation programs to lenders, real estate professionals, mortgage insurers, non-profit organizations and the public
  
  
• Ensuring loan compliance with federal tax law, underwriting guidelines, and US Department of Housing and Urban Development guidelines
  
  
• Coordinating the scheduling, marketing, and closing of housing bond issues

Mrs. Cameron is a Certified Public Accountant. She has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from Duquesne University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz School of Business. She is a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh, Inc (LP XIX). She is an adjunct professor for DeVry University and Point Park University.
