Steve started his career in Financial Services with a New Jersey Agency of Prudential in 1988 as a Sales Associate. He was promoted to Sales Management in 1990, and in 1993, he was promoted to Assistant to the Vice President for the Eastern Territory of Prudential and served 3 years in holding various positions supporting the Vice President and the field. 

In 1996, he was promoted to Managing Director of Prudential's Northwest New Jersey Agency. There he supervised 60 Sales Associates and Planners. 

In 2000, he was asked to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA to head up Prudential's Western Pennsylvania Operation of 130 Associates, Financial Planners and Managers. He is currently responsible for Prudential Financial for all of Western Pennsylvania, Central Pennsylvania, and part of West Virginia. 

He lives in Cranberry with his wife and two children.
